Collector policy honors robots restrictions before fetching content.

Endpoint access

Browser and API endpoints are read-only GET/HEAD surfaces.

Privilege model

Readers query persisted data; the collector is the separate process permitted to write it.

Pagination limits

Library pages contain 25 posts; reader comments contain 100 comments.
